garden in spring

fall is turning to Winter and already I'm looking toward Spring. here is how my current garden looks in the late Spring. I probably won't see it this year. going to move and start a new garden. change is always difficult.

Kicking Television - Wilco

this CD is as fine a live CD as I have ever heard. it reminds me, personally, of the good live Wilco shows I saw this past year, particularly at the 9:30 club in Washington DC. such awesome shows can only contribute to a great live CD. the only other live CD that I've liked this much is the Rolling Stones 'unplugged' live CD. so, if you like Wilco, I higly recommend it. ROCK ON!

winter air is here

November and 70 degrees

this will most likely be the last warm day of the year. it's been ususual weather, but I've enjoyed it and it takes the edge away from the sun sinking so early in the day. feeling good, feeling fine. good times!

good times!

feeling lots better over the last few days. changed how I take my meds. a lot of the research on depression that I did, via google, suggested that certain medicines can lead to depression, some that were listed I take. so, some modifications I've done here and there and it seems to be working well. plus, regular exercise. so many people forget about that. but it must be done to stay healthy, at least for me anyway. so, dah, dah dah, dah dah.

today

I would like to delete the post from yesterday, but it's the truth and no one an hide from that. I feel a little better today and I'm in a state of acceptance about my situation. I have to be good to myself and that's all there is to it. things will work out and it isn't worth worrying about things I can't control. I have to hand over my worry to a higher power.
