good times!
feeling lots better over the last few days. changed how I take my meds. a lot of the research on depression that I did, via google, suggested that certain medicines can lead to depression, some that were listed I take. so, some modifications I've done here and there and it seems to be working well. plus, regular exercise. so many people forget about that. but it must be done to stay healthy, at least for me anyway. so, dah, dah dah, dah dah.
