3 good things on 3-29-06

1. I got our deposit back from our old landlords.

2. It was a beautiful day!

3. I didn't get to work until around 11:30. AWESOME!

3 good things that happened today

I did my laundry early so I would have the rest of the day to do whatever.

I had the apartment to myself for the first time.

I took a much needed nap without worrying about sleeping the day away.

unstuck

I have been given the assignment to illustrate or write about what it would feel like to be unstuck. this is because I feel stuck in a rut with regards to my job, which I spend a lot of time doing during the week. it's draining and I know it's not what I want to do forever. but, I feel trapped. it does provide for the life I and my husband want to live. but there are further places we want to go.

ultimately, I think it's an exercise in defining myself and having a clear path and goal to work towards. I do know, that the feeling of being 'unstuck' is the feeling that goes with happiness and freedom.

hooray for new apartments!

our new place is spectacular and we both just love it! getting over the car deal. the body shop hasn't called in a couple of days, so I guess that means it isn't totalled. but still, I'm lucky to be alive and lucky to have this beautiful home!
